NALI, the putonghua meaning “where”, is an interesting edutainment game. Gamers are shown a series of photos taken around the world and will be ask where they were taken on the Apple Map. The game uses an innovative way to guide gamers to find the location step by step. Points will be given according to the distance between the selected and the real location and the difficulty of the photos.
This free game comes with a beginners’ photo pack of 30 photos. They are all taken with GPS equipped cameras from popular tourist destinations of all 6 continents - Africa, Asia, Europe, North America (includes Central America and Caribbean), Oceania and South America. As players accumulate marks and advance to higher levels, they can unlock more free photo packs. Players can also purchase additional photo packs.
There are two types of Photo packs. General packs with photos from well known places and Specialty Photo packs with themes like bridges, beaches, lighthouses, cable cars, statues and UNESCO world cultural heritage sites etc.
Players can get Hints during the game and the name of the places and its stories after the game. Both available for purchasing with NALI coins. Players can also get more chances to play with NALI coins to improve their marks.
This game challenges the ability of gamers in identify places around the world and the proficiency in map reading. It is especially good for students and families. People who love traveling will find this game fascinating.
